Use of Services Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free. Features (including real‑time preflight checks, CMYK/DPI validations, and spine calculations) are provided for guidance and compliance support; final acceptance of files is determined by third parties (e.g., Amazon KDP).

Eligibility You must be capable of entering into a binding agreement and use the services in compliance with applicable laws. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Accounts You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security incidents.

Plans, Pricing, and Payments We offer Free, Standard, and Professional per‑creation plans, plus add‑ons (e.g., AI image packs and revisions) as presented on Pricing. Prices and plan features may change at any time. Payments are processed by third‑party providers; we do not store complete payment card details. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non‑refundable after a creation/export is delivered.

Intellectual Property All website content, templates, calculators, design tools, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our services except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

User Content and License You retain all rights in content you upload or generate (e.g., titles, author names, images, layouts). By submitting or generating content through the services, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use any artwork, images, or assets (including public‑domain or purchased content) and for complying with third‑party policies (e.g., KDP requirements).

AI Generation Our AI inspiration feature generates images and backgrounds based on your prompts. You must not submit prompts or use outputs that infringe rights, violate laws, or include harmful or illegal content. We do not guarantee uniqueness of AI outputs. Where applicable, you are responsible for verifying that AI outputs meet your intended use and third‑party platform policies.

Compliance and Preflight The built‑in preflight and size calculator aim to produce KDP‑compliant covers (trim size, bleed, spine math, CMYK, 300 DPI). However, acceptance by KDP or other printers is outside our control. You agree to review preflight warnings and ensure your final files meet the target platform’s latest specifications.

Acceptable Use You agree not to:

Violate any laws or third‑party rights;
Interfere with or disrupt the services or networks;
Upload malware or harmful code;
Attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability scanning, or reverse engineering;
Misuse AI features or generate unlawful or infringing content.

DMCA/Copyright Complaints If you believe content on our services infringes your copyright, contact us via Contact with sufficient detail. We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content and, where relevant, terminate repeat infringers’ accounts.
